Banana bread

A delicious tasty bread for any occasion.

Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Directions


  • Grease bread pan, and set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda,cinnamon, and salt. Make a well in the center of the dry mixture,set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine the egg, bananas, sugar, and cooking oil.
  • Add egg mixture all at once to dry the mixture. Stir just till moistened. (The batter should be lumpy.)
  • Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or till a wooden tooth-pick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
