Next Level Breakfast Toast

This will raise your breakfast toast game to the next level. Crispy grilled shredded cheese directly on the skillet is but one secret weapons that make this breakfast toast top notch.

Ingredients


  • 1 pc Sour Dough Bread, Sliced
  • 1 handful Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 handful Canadian Bacon, (or sliced turkey)
  • 1 smear Cream Cheese
  • 1 tab Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Chives, diced
  • 3 dashes Cholula
  • 1 Avocado, sliced (optional)

Directions


  • Toast sliced sour dough on pad of butter in skillet
  • Add handful of cheese directly to skillet and melt and cook til crispy
  • Flip bread and add smear of cream cheese. Once jack cheese is cooked to crispy scrape off skillet and onto cream cheese.
  • Add turkey/bacon to skillet and heat to temp and give some good browning.
  • Lastly, fry egg, covered, adding a pinch of salt, pepper, msg to taste. Assemble toast: bread, cream cheese, jack cheese, turkey/bacon, and fried egg.
  • Garnish with finely diced and smashed chives and sliced avocado. Drizzle dash of Cholula across the top. Eat with knife and fork..

Next level your next level by adding McDonalds copycat sauce. 8parts mayo, 2 parts yellow mustard, 1 part steak sauce, 1 part lemon juice, dried dill and salt and pepper.
